GETTING STARTED

Find the right therapist
You can either request someone specific or you can give us a call and we will help you find your perfect fit

Introductory call
Once you've decided on a therapist we generally start by meeting our potential clients over a complimentary 15 minute phone call to answer any questions you have and learn a little about you.

Your first session
Your first session is a little like an interview during which your therapist will begin to get to know you and create a plan to move forward with weekly sessions.
